• Objective:  The students will browse the Internet to find resources for their classroom environment.

Tasks and Process:

Paper work 3:30 p.m.-3:40 p.m.

• Students will sign in attendance sheet

• Distribution of handouts

  Introduction 3:40 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

• Presentation of Explore the Internet on PowerPoint

  Internet 4:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

• Browse the Internet using various web browsers

• Explore web library

• Log in Trackstar

Conclusion:  

Closing 5:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.

• Brief discussion

• Distribute workshop evaluation

• Adjourn

• Homework: find a website that you find unique and useful.
